It has come to my attention that alt.binaries.cd.image.dreamcast is an
active Usenet NG that, for whatever reason, does not have an archived
newgroup control post in the isc.org archives. This is now a high traffic
NG. Current traffic appears to be a large number of daily posts, totally
several hundred MB a day at least. Since the NG already is extant, no
charter is included in this cmsg as it is inappropriate to add a charter to
an existing, active NG. News admins wishing to have this NG on their servers
