Charter:
This newsgroup will be for the purpose of posting and/or discussing
movies in German language. Binary postings should be in MPEG file
format.
The newsgroup will not be moderated.
Not allowed: Porn, viruses, spamming, flaming, off topic posts.
There will be frequent binary posts.
Justification:
The German language has about 100 Mio. native speakers. Many movies are
produced in German language or are being translated into this language.
Nevertheless there has been no regular newsgroups so far for posting
movies in German language.
alt.binaries.mpeg.videos.german has been existing as a rogue group
which currently has about 5,000 postings per day.
