         Another note:
         Sometimes p2p-releases from a group called GENERAL seems to
         leak onto scene sites by mistake, those are being uploaded
         directly to the sites without being PRE'd, spreading at a
         max-speed of only 10mbit/s due to the limit off their lousy uplink.

         From now on we will not count them as a scene group and will pre
         our releases even tought they started their upload onto sites.
