Kingston Wallin menestykseen ja myyttiin vaikutti
ja vaikuttaa edelleen monta tekijΣΣ. Ei ole
erityisen kekseliΣstΣ todeta, ettΣ tΣrkein oli
Jimi Hendrix Experience -henkinen progressiivinen
musiikki, jonka kirkastunein helmi Time asuu
kolmoslevyllΣ Tri-Logy (1994). Sen sijaan olisi
tekopyhΣΣ vΣittΣΣ, ettei johtohahmo Petri Wallin
kuolema olisi kiinnostusta kiihottanut ja suosiota
siivittΣnyt. Itsemurhan tehdessΣΣn Walli liitti
itsensΣ yhdenlaisten rockin ja yleensΣ taiteen
tekij÷iden arkkityyppisten hahmojen joukkoon ja
omaksui samalla lopullisen pΣΣtΣntΣvallan siitΣ,
millaiseksi hΣnen perustamansa, johtamansa ja
vaalimansa yhtyeen levytetty tuotanto jΣΣ.
